I am a customer service executive with over 11 years’ experience in customer-facing environments. Passionate about customer service, I have built a track record for exceeding customer expectations on a consistent basis.
In August 2022, I was presented with an award for Customer Service Executive of the Year, selected out of a pool of over 50 colleagues. Further key successes in recent years include:
Contributed to a 43% reduction in customer complaints by providing excellent customer service
Reduced customer waiting times by 26% by implementing new customer service software
When I’m not working in customer service, I enjoy taking part in karate. I compete on an international level, and I have visited over 15 different countries while participating in competitions.
